- A copy of your identity document.
- Tell us the old and the new email address.
Once the documents have been received and verified, we will notify you by email of the change of your address.
How to change your mailing address?
To change your postal address, you should contact our customer service and provide us:
- Proof of address less than 3 months old.
How to change your phone number?
To change your phone number, you would need tocontact our customer service and attach the following documents:
- A selfie of you holding a paper with the message: "I want to change my number on Coinhouse for the following [...]" with the current date and your signature.
- A copy of your ID.
- Tell us the old and new phone number.
Once the documents have been received and verified, we will notify you by email of the change in your telephone number.
