From your Coinhouse account, you can currently send or receive only 6 crypto assets:
- BTC - Bitcoin network
- BCH - Bitcoin Cash network
- ETH -⚠️ ETH network only
- LTC - Litecoin network
- XRP -⚠️ You must provide the TAG, otherwise your funds may be lost
- USDC -⚠️ ETH network only
You can also deposit the following 3 crypto-assets into your Coinhouse account:
- SOL – Solana network only
- AVAX – Avalanche network only
- ADA – Cardano network only
⚠️ Note: For the time being, SOL, AVAX, and ADA are available for deposit only. It is not yet possible to withdraw these crypto-assets from Coinhouse to an external wallet or platform.
⚠️ All other cryptocurrencies can be purchased, sold, or exchanged on the platform only, but are currently not transferable to or receivable from other platforms, for security and compliance reasons.
The crypto asset withdrawal feature may be restricted for a given customer account (temporarily or permanently) in cases of suspected fraud or account risk, in accordance with the provisions of Coinhouse's Terms and Conditions of Use. Please contact us if this is the case.
How to send or withdraw crypto assets?
- Log in to your account via the login page.
- Click on "Your Portfolio", then on the 3 dots to the right of the crypto of your choice.
- Click on "Send". (If you encounter an error message or are unable to withdraw the crypto, please contact us).
- Choose the amount you wish to send.
- Once added, you will receive a notification on your trusted device (mobile or tablet) to confirm the sending of your crypto asset.
If you have already saved a receiving address, simply select it from your crypto address book.
How to receive or deposit crypto assets?
- Log in to your account via the login page.
- Click on "Your Portfolio".
- Click on "Receive".
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive from the dropdown menu.
Coinhouse will then provide you with a deposit address valid for this deposit only.
⚠️ Warning: Never reuse the same address on your own without following the procedure described here. Addresses may change and your funds could be lost.
You can choose to:
- Scan the QR code
- Copy the wallet address
How long does it take to send or receive crypto assets?
Withdrawal requests are processed automatically and promptly by Coinhouse.
In some cases, additional delays may apply, particularly in the event of a technical issue or if our team detects a risk on your transaction.
Once your withdrawal is initiated, the transaction must be validated on the blockchain, meaning it needs to be verified and permanently recorded by the network. This process takes more or less time depending on the cryptocurrency used and the level of network activity and congestion.
The timeframes indicated below are provided for informational purposes only, under normal operating conditions. They may vary for reasons beyond Coinhouse's control.
