How do I export my Euro account statements?
- Go to the Portfolio tab.
- Click on Euro account.
- Select View statements.
- Choose the month you are interested in to access your Euro account transaction statements.
You will then be able to retrieve the transaction history for the selected month.
How does it work exactly?
To take advantage of the Euro account at Coinhouse, simply follow these steps:
- Click on the Buy button.
- Click on Discover the benefits and select "Euro account".
- Fill in a few personal details (the whole process takes less than a minute!).
Once your account creation request has been approved, you will need to make a transfer of at least 1 euro from a bank account held in your name to the IBAN of your Euro account in order to activate it.
ℹ️ Please note: The receipt of your first incoming transfer, processed by our banking partner, will trigger the review of your file. This procedure generally takes between 24 and 72 hours. And then you’re ready to transfer funds!
How can I buy crypto-assets directly from my Euro account?
It couldn’t be easier! Once your Euro account has been validated and you have made a transfer to your personal IBAN, go to the Buy button and then:
- Select the crypto-asset you want to buy.
- Choose Euro account as the payment method.
- Enter the purchase amount (lower than or equal to your Euro account balance, while respecting Coinhouse's minimum purchase amounts).
Once the purchase amount has been entered and the Euro account selected, the crypto-asset price and the amount to be received will be locked for 60 seconds. During this time, you must validate the order by checking the CGU acceptance box and clicking Confirm.
Coinhouse will then inform you of the outcome through the interface. In case of failure, you will be prompted to try again, informed of the issue encountered, or invited to contact us. You will then receive an email confirming the operation and sending you the invoice. The funds will be visible in your Coinhouse Crypto Account.
